Every once in a while I come across ideas for home improvement projects that add value to a home. Almost every time the list includes upgrading or improving your kitchen as being one of the biggest things that improve your home’s value.
But put the dollars aside for a moment. Not only can it increase the monetary value of a home, it probably will increase the livability of your home as well. By the way, did you ever notice that it doesn’t matter how nicely you setup your living room or dining room, people always end up in the kitchen? It’s the central part of any home no matter how big or small.
